We discribed the case of 11 years old boy who presented SMA aneurysm in Marfan's syndrome. The clinical symptoms were pain and the pulsating mass on the RUQ. The SMA br. Aneurysm was diagnosed using abd. USG & cine arteriography. The feeding
vessel
was
ligated and then the aneurysmectomy was done.
We reported 1 case of SMA br. Aneurysm with review of hterature.
